These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and participation in services and digital products offered by Tulia Lopes (“we”, “us”, “our”), operating as a sole trader in Spain.

By purchasing or accessing any of our services or products, you agree to these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

These Terms apply to all services and products offered, including:

- Communication Audit sessions

- One-to-one coaching sessions

- Online trainings, workshops, and masterclasses

- Digital resources and materials

2. Payment Terms

- All services and products must be paid in full in advance unless otherwise agreed.

- Access to any service or product is confirmed only upon receipt of payment.

- All payments are final and non-refundable, except where explicitly stated in these Terms.

3. Refunds and Cancellations

- As a general principle, all purchases are non-refundable.

- If a cancellation is made within the timeframe specified for the service, a rescheduling may- be offered.

- Cancellation, rescheduling, or no-show requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session will result in the session being considered delivered and therefore forfeited.

4. Scheduling and Rescheduling

- Sessions will be scheduled at a mutually agreed time following purchase and/or completion of any required assessment.

- Rescheduling is possible with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice, either by the client or by us.

- We reserve the right to reschedule sessions if necessary. In such cases, an alternative time will be offered.

5. Access and Usage

- Access to services and digital products is personal and non-transferable.

- Login credentials must not be shared.

- Any breach may result in termination of access without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

- All materials provided are the intellectual property of Tulia Lopes.

- You may not reproduce, distribute, record, or share any materials without prior written consent.

- Unauthorised use may result in legal action.

7. Data Protection

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws in Spain and the European Union (GDPR).

Your data will be used for:

- Delivering services

- Communication related to your participation

- Relevant updates, where consent has been provided

8. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to engage respectfully at all times.

Any inappropriate or disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the service without refund.

9. Technical Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary technical setup to access online services.

We are not responsible for technical issues on your side.

10. Disclaimer

All services and content are provided for professional and educational purposes.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results.

Nothing provided constitutes legal, financial, or medical advice.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain.

Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Spanish courts.

12. Media and Recording

Live sessions may be recorded for internal or training purposes.

By participating, you consent to this unless you notify us in writing prior to the session.
