Terms & Conditions for Free and Paid Online Products
The following Terms and Conditions govern your access to and participation in free and paid online products, including online trainings, webinars, workshops, and courses, offered by Tulia Lopes and Cormac Walsh, Speak Up & Lead Academy, and Speak Up Network ("we," "us," "our"). By enrolling in or accessing any of our online products, you agree to these terms.
1. Scope of Services
These Terms & Conditions apply to free and paid online products, including live and pre-recorded trainings, digital resources, and associated support materials.
2. Payment Terms
● Paid Products: Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase or enrollment unless a payment plan is agreed upon.
● Payment Plans: Enrollment will only be confirmed after the first installment is received. Failure to complete payment may result in the suspension of access to the product.
● Free Products: Access to free content is provided at our discretion and may be modified or removed at any time without notice.
3. Refund Policy
● Paid Products: Refunds are available within a 3-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase. A 10% administration fee and the cost of any delivered materials will be deducted. Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email.
● After the Cooling-Off Period: No refunds will be provided. However, you may receive a credit for use in future products or services, valid for six months.
4. Access and Usage
● Access to online products is for individual use only and is non-transferable.
● Login credentials must not be shared. Sharing access may result in termination without a refund.
● Access to pre-recorded content will be provided for the duration specified at the time of purchase.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
● Participants do not have the option to reschedule their enrollment in live online trainings. Once enrolled, the date and time of the training are fixed.
● We reserve the right to reschedule any live online training if necessary. In such cases, participants will be notified in advance, and their enrollment will be transferred to the rescheduled session or an equivalent session without additional costs.
● If you are unable to attend the rescheduled session, a recording (if applicable) may be provided, or you may be offered an alternative equivalent training. Refunds will not be provided for missed sessions.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials provided during online products, including videos, slides, worksheets, and other resources, are the intellectual property of Tulia Lopes and Cormac Walsh.
● You may not record, distribute, reproduce, or share the materials without prior written permission.
● Unauthorized use of materials may result in legal action.
7. Data Protection and Privacy
Your personal information will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws in Spain. By enrolling, you consent to the collection and use of your data to deliver the product and provide updates or communications related to your enrollment.
8. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to engage respectfully during live sessions and in associated online communities. Harassment, abuse, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal without a refund.
9. Technical Requirements
Participants are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary technology (e.g., internet connection, software) to access the product. We are not liable for technical issues on your end that prevent access to or participation in the product.
10. Disclaimer
● The content provided in online products is for educational purposes only and should not be considered professional, financial, or legal advice.
● While we strive to deliver high-quality content, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from participation.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts.
12. Media Release
By participating in live sessions, you consent to being recorded. These recordings may be used for internal purposes or marketing materials unless you notify us in writing before the session.
